CAMDEN & BRENT BUSINESS CLIMATE CHALLENGE
What will my business receive?
Businesses participating in the Camden and Brent Business Climate Challenge can expect to receive £6,000 worth of technical support and trainings and will be supported by technical partners WSP and Turner & Townsend.
What will my business receive?
- An energy audit of their workplace
- A recommendation report on recommended measures and savings
- Access to an interactive energy management dashboard to monitor progress
- 1:1 support from consultants
- 6 training sessions on topics including but not limited to energy management, waste, behaviour change
- Monthly online/in person peer support sessions with businesses on the programme

Who can apply?
We are looking to support businesses who:
- Have a premises in either Camden, Brent or The Fitzrovia Partnership catchment (including businesses that fall within Westminster)
- Are willing to commit to aim for a 10% reduction in energy usage over the next year
- Are based in a commercial building, retail, hospitality, accommodation, industrial or mixed-use
- Have ability to influence energy use in their building and can make changes – or has permission from landlord
- Have access to energy meter readings
- Identify as a Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) (up to 250 employees). We are also encouraging applications from micro businesses. Larger organisations are welcome to apply and may also be considered.
- Are a charity or voluntary and community sector organisation
Organisations which are black, Asian or minority ethnic, women or disability-led and/or have been adversely impact by the Covid-19 crisis are especially encouraged to apply.
