What we do

The Camden Climate Alliance is a sustainability network comprised of organisations based in Camden working to tackle the climate crisis. Our network provides a platform for local organisations to share ideas and support community action to create a more sustainable, climate-resilient Camden. We make this happen by:

Empowering Camden’s organisations to act on the climate crisis and build resilience

We support businesses to take climate action by providing access to expert-led workshops, practical guidance, and peer-to-peer learning. Through regular events and networking opportunities, we create space for members to share ideas, build connections, and collaborate on local climate initiatives.

Supporting businesses to create social value that drives community-led climate action in Camden

We deliver programmes that help connect businesses with the wider community and provide an opportunity for businesses to fund, co-design and support local initiatives in schools and smaller community organisations such as greening projects, energy efficiency and others.

Celebrating and sharing success stories to inspire others

We regularly share business stories and project updates through our CCA newsletter, social media, and other communication channels. Our Carbon Certification Scheme recognises organisations that are actively measuring, managing, and reducing their carbon emissions. Each year, we report on the collective impact of our network, highlighting the progress being made toward a low-carbon future.

The Camden Climate Alliance plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Camden’s Climate Action Plan by working with businesses to reduce emissions across the borough.
